Does Media Uploader post automatically?

No. TikTok publishing requires the creator to prepare the video, review the exact preview and settings, provide required confirmations, and click Publish.

Which TikTok permissions are requested?

user.info.basic verifies the authenticated creator identity. video.publish is used for creator-confirmed Content Posting API publishing. No additional TikTok scopes are requested.

Where are account tokens stored?

Tokens are stored in the operator-controlled local Media Uploader environment. They are not embedded in this website, exposed to visitors, or committed to its public repository.

Can the product publish publicly?

Only when TikTok has approved the client and the current Creator Info response provides that privacy option. An unaudited or Sandbox client remains fail-closed to private visibility.

What happens if an upload is uncertain?

The attempt and available provider evidence are preserved for read-only recovery review. Media Uploader does not automatically retry or discard the record.

Is this website operated by TikTok?

No. Media Uploader is an independent application and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with TikTok.
